Replacing Service Vehicle - Recolours

Hiya :) I've hunted everywhere and I've only managed to find someone else asking the same question which was never answered (link (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=467251) ). I'm looking to replace the Pizza Delivery Vehicle with a custom recolour (although a recolour of the Hatchback Vehicle would be even better, to get rid of the pizza sign). Anyway, it appears non-recolourable in SimPE, so I was wondering if anyone had any tips or tutorials on this? As far as I'm aware, the Pizza Delivery Vehicle is the only one I've seen where the trunk of the car is animated to open and close, and this is really what I want it for so it's (essential?) that it's this car for the series I'm working on :P Thanks!

Why is it you can search for hours unable to find an answer, then as soon as you ask for help, you find an answer? Thanks to the amazing tutorial here (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=236017) and a bit of cloning, I've managed to make a recolour that comes as a default replacement. However, I still wonder if there is a way of removing the pizza sign on the roof or replacing it for the normal Hatchback car whilst still having the ability to open the trunk of the car to take out the pizza? :) Thank you!
