Pet stuck in place/won't move.

My dog in a house is stuck in a standing position and won't move. He won't move when I command him to go anywhere. He has negative moodlets that keep getting worse and it says the social services is going to take him. Commanding a sim to interact with him will cause the sim to just stand there until the command cancells itself out.

Have you tried to reset the pet?

Yes I did after you suggested it and worked fine. Thanks! For the record, moveObjects on didn't work.
