Looking for Toddler Mirror

Several years ago, on a previous mirror, I had a small mirror that only allowed toddlers to play with it, and that gave Charisma skill points. That computer crashed, I quit playing for a number of years and the mirror was lost. I'm back playing once again, doing the Test of Time Challenge and I'd love to find this mirror again. Anyone know who made it or where I might find it again?
