Creating our very own show venues

Hi, so today i decided to play in Bridgeport again and i wanted to create my own Big Show Venue since there's no enough space to place one, i have a 60x60 lot and i wonder how can i create one? what do i must put? and i already listed the lot as a big show venue..

There is an article in Living Sims (http://livingsims.net/issue26/01page.htm) about it. I've read it but not yet tried. Sounded reasonable though.

Thanks! i checked the article and it was helpfull :) and btw Living Sims (http://livingsims.net/issue26/01page.htm) seems like a great site :) and i like the magazine.
