CAS very dark...

Okaii so i believe this is where this is suppose to go...So i have no idea if this is happening to everyone or not but when i go into CAS its sop dark i cant see the makeup, skin color, or hair color correctly because the lighting in there is so bad. the only way i can see the actual colors i have to turn the sim around and look at the reflection in the mirror. I do not know if anyone else has this problem or if its just the game or my computer, but id anyone knows how to fix this please tell me. Thank you. ~Rhea

Nothing wrong with the game in your case, you need to change the brightness/contrast on your screen.
I can't tell you how to do that since it is diffrent on all brands.

My brightness for my computer is all the way up. is the a way to change the brightness in game. or a mod to make it brighter like the mod for the sims 2 bodyshop?

Can't change anything like that ingame :( and i don't know about any mods.
I think though you can change some settings in the application for your video-card like Ati\nVidia control panel, i belive Intel have somthing similar also.

The same thing happens to me, although only when I minimize the game and restore it back up. But it doesn't become that dark, it's just dimmed.
