Hey everyone,
This thread is about my competition which is about building a modern beach house.

The video is coming soon but you can already submit entries.However they will not be commented by me until the video is released on May 19,2012.
Ok so here are some info about the competition:
MAXIMUM LOT SIZE IS 40 X 40
MINIMUM LOT SIZE IS 20 X 30
Competition starts on May 19,2012 and ends on May 25,2012.
Winners will be announced by a video on YouTube and here on May 28,2012.
Here are the prizes for the winners:
1ST PLACER:6 ITEMS FROM THE STORE AND CUSTOM CONTENT
2ND PLACER:4 ITEMS FROM THE STORE AND CUSTOM CONTENT
3RD PLACER:2 ITEMS FROM THE STORE AND CUSTOM CONTENT
Also the first person to participate will get 5 items from the store.
I will also pick a random winner to win 7 items from the store.
The rules are rather simple.
You can't use custom content
You can't copy someone else's designs.
Be sure to follow the minimum and maximum lot sizes.
You can only place the house in these worlds(for now):
Sunset Valley
Starlight Shores
I decided not to place them in Twinbrook or Bridgeport because it would not fit the theme.As for Appaloosa Plains it's a country-themed world so placing a beach house there wouldn't be good.As for custom worlds not everyone has them.I might allow Riverview though.But still not everyone has those worlds.
I decided to place Starlight Shores it because it's Hollywood theme is quite cool.
If you have a YouTube account you can send me a message with a video of your house and of course if you enter your house at either places please add a link so other people can decide for themselves :)
