Frozen sim, checked help, doesn't match

So I had two sims talking. Somehow they ended up...tangled together (see image), so I gave them things to do. He wandered off but she was still stuck there, despite seriously needing to go to the bathroom. I moved the chair away but she was still frozen. All the other sims are moving around, and the only outfit change anyone did was I had a completely different sim change from her nightclothes to her normal clothes. That other sim can move just fine.

But see, these two were talking, as I said, and in the frozen sim's lineup of things to do, there's "reply to question" crossed out, and it won't go away. Could that have something to do with this? Because that isn't on the list here.

Try this:
Have the affected sim selected and use cheatbar (ctrl+shift+c) and type resetsim *

A better way of doing that is to type resetsim Firstname Lastname, so if that sim is Jane Smith, you'd type resetsim Jane Smith.

resetsim * resets every sim in the town (regardless of which one you have selected), which isn't harmful, but it takes a long time, and teleports them home from work/school/whatever, so it's a little inconvenient.

It should do that but last times i have used it only the selected sim was reseted and it was instant (like when using Nraas DebugEnablers reset option), so it may have been changed.
But anyway resetsim Firstname Lastname also works.
