I was playing Sims 3 having fun in China when I had to close the game because I'd accidentally turned off my Internet on the laptop. So I restarted, recalled my friend on Skype, and reopened my game. Now my main menu has no pictures of my huge beloved Sim family, custom content like worlds won't load, and when I start the game of "Joel Osment" (my family) it says "A Serious Error has occurred while loading Hidden Springs. It is reccomended that you restart your game."
I do, and nothing changes, it continues to do this. I know it's not just me because it happens to other people too... Please help me save my family :(
Oh and also, my custom content doesn't seem to be working because when I try to start a new game (which I don't want to do >> I want my family...) it only shows the defaults rather than my extras like Lunar Lakes and Hidden Springs...
