There are also some alcohol bottles available in the add-on of the same set (http://www.digitalperversion.net/gardenofshadows/index.php?topic=22203.0).

It's not a liquor store, but it's a very grungy bar/gambling place/restaurant.
It's really nice. If you really want a liquor store though and can't find one you can always use the items from that upload to create one.
