I've had that happen to me, too, although I'm not sure why. Did you check the lot with Custard? Maybe it has CC?

Whenever I think of it I turn the lot into a package with Delphy's multi-installer and place it in my library folder (this is another folder in the same location as your Downloads folder - I always rename it first so I know what it is). The lot will show up if you do that.

Most likely it was packaged with CC in package form, the same problem happens with Sims. Best, if ya remember, to take out those files before sharing.

Okay so when one of my houses was converted with Delphy's multi-installer, all the CC in package form in the house showed up, but the house still doesnt show,If I shared the house without the package file mods, would it show up like the original ( with all the CC) ?
Hope im making sense :/ lol

Make sure you put the files in the correct folders, the cc goes into mods-folder but the house file needs to be in the library folder or game won't know it's there.

And no if a house is built with cc and exported and the creater or any one else removes all cc from the sims3pack later, any one installing that file will not get the cc unless:
1: All the cc is gotten seperatly
2: All the cc is already in game
If the two above doesn't apply, game will try replace with standard item/s, if that is not possible they will be deleted.

Okay thanks.Since multipack installer changes the name of the CC the house would be the largest file right ?

Proberly the largest yes and multipack installer doesn't change the names it only extract what's in the sims3pack, it's game that give the files there names when creating the sims3pack.
Anyway if you use CUSTARD (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=390235&c=1&ht) it will show what the lot is named as .package.
Read the comments though Delphy have posted update/s in them, which gives better info about stuff that is attached to sims.
