Paparazzi- More please? [[New Problem...]]

I kind of enjoy the idea of my celebrities being followed around by flocks of paparazzi, but there is only one guy in the neighborhood who does that! Doesn't sound very.... flocky.
If anyone could tell me how to create my own paparazzi or even how to tune how many there are, that would be great.

This mod SEEMS promising, but unless I'm reading it wrong, it decreases the amount of paparazzi.

I hate the paps. Although I've let them live more often since getting Showtime. They seem to have been toned down a bit, but maybe that is just Twallan's mods at work because I don't play without them.

Twallan has a mod called The Register that allows you to assign roles to your sims in your town. It might allow you to assign more than one sim to be a paparazzi. Check it out on his website if interested.

Thank you, whether or not it increases paparazzi is just a small desire of mine. If this doesn't work, I won't be too bummed! I appreciate y'alls help!

((I don't get why everyone is so against paparazzi. I think it's a very nice, fun accent to the game! If it gets too out of control, I still have the shootable guns!))

Well, now there is another problem entirely (of course!) where when it takes me to this page for the download:

file:///C:/Users/user/Desktop/Register+Phase+Seven.htm

I can't "save link as..." on the download button, nor can I download it directly by left clicking on "download" link. Help??

EDIT: Okay, well, somehow (though I'm not sure how) I fixed it. Weird.

Well, I guess my situation was weird. It first downloaded an .htm link that led to that page only with .htm at the end. I googled it and clicked on a different version of the page and it worked. So odd!
