Simless town that contains most community lot from all the expansions

Is there such a town that has no pre-made sim(except service sims) and has all the community lots like Apartments and Clubs from Late Night, or Equestrian center from pets, etc?

With Twallan's and Pescado's mod, EVERY town can quickly be converted to simless with a single command either clicked on or typed in.

EA town? no. Custom world? If you want the lots ALL the expansions, you'll have to look at worlds released since Showtime, which introduced a bunch of lot types. Your best bet is to try the WCIF (Where Can I Find) forum under Help :)

Here's something I can recommend: St. Claire by AweSims (http://awesims.sixty-ten.net/2012/04/30/st-claire-a-new-world-for-the-sims-3/). It has all the current lot assignments for home neighborhoods like hangouts and workplaces from Ambitions, clubs and bars from Late Night, and performance venues from Showtime. Basically it's a big mashup of Sunset Valley, Riverview, Twinbrook, Bridgeport and Starlight Shores.

It has no NPCs or premade families, so you might want to turn on Story Progression so the town can properly populate itself.

Warning though...it's a big world. Can your PC handle huge worlds like, let's say, Bridgeport? Without any lagging? If yes, then you can probably run this one just fine.
