Ok, I have all the expansion packs to date and only the high end loft stuff stuff pack.
Unfortunately, my dad has the computer lock up so I can't find the specs(got them, :P), but I can tell you it's windows 7, and the game version is 12.0.273.16001
The problem was occurring before and after installing the most recent patch, I have not played the Sims in some time, and I thought patching it would solve the problem, with no luck.
I'll attach pictures (in a zip, there will be a few, for the sake of detail) because I really just can't figure out how to describe what is happening here, it seems large sections of texture are no snapping to the objects the belong to, or just not showing up at all, the issue is partially fixed if you wait for the textures to load like you normally would when objects just appear white. (Okay, maybe I CAN kind of describe it).
I went through all the steps (http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Sims_3_Game_Problem) , deleted chache files, custom content, user files etc etc,
is there anything else I can do that I missed? I don't yet want to have to reinstall all these packs if I can fix it. :p
Thanks.
Here's the Specs!
