Not sure if this is the right area...but last night I started playing the sims again (after a week)...hadn't changed anything and I noticed that as soon as I went into town the game frose...I turned off the game and started again with a different household, same problem. This morning I uninstalled the sims 3 and just kept saved games, custom content etc etc and re-installed it. Now I have a new problem of the EA Manager wanting to upgrade to some crap called Origin. I said no and the EA didn't show up. So I downloaded Origin, logged in and now I can't play the game at all...it says there is a problem with start up...no idea what's wrong, I spent half the day trying to fix it, as I said I haven't played in a week and I've changed nothing. Any suggestions?
