Since I suppose the part time jobs were mostly meant for teens, the hours are set with them in mind - afterschool hours and short hours so they can still succeed in school by doing homework, whatever.
But I like for some of my adult Sims to have part time jobs, too, but with more realistic hours. Instead of 3-6 p.m. for example, something more along the lines of 10a-3p. Or they could even choose what hours they want to work (like in real life you can specify what hours/shifts/days you are available).
I was just wondering if there is a mod for this?
