WCIF Long hairstyle and Dress (pictures of the specific are included)

Does anybody by any chance know where I can find a hairstyle that looks or at the very least resembles this one:

About the dress, I really couln't say where you could find someting like tat. The best advise I'd have is to search for a corset top, skirt bottom, and accessory shirt. :(
The only thing close to the locket in size that I'm thinking of right now is a pay item (another grrrr) http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims3-sets-accessories/title/necklace-watch/id/1096960/
And as for the shoes--is tis girl in the picture Cinderella or something? They look like a recent creation here: http://mahamudosim3.blogspot.tw/2012/06/shoes-n1-cinderellas-glass-high-heels.html

About who the girl is, she is Jennifer Sutton. No relation to Cinderella :D
About the shoes, I already have some nice shoes which look exactly like hers (who knew base game had decent stuff).
And the dress, I had to make one by myself. Definitely would search for a nice corset top (I know Elexis was making one), but for now I am going to stick to the half assed crap I made :D
