Is there any way to not get any EA sims spawning in my town?

I want my town to be populated only with the sims I've created and their children.
I have both Twallan's story progression and master controller but I would still get EA's ugly sims spawning at the park and being my kids' classmates at school. Is there any way to get rid of those sims and just have mine live in the town?

Just set Twallan's story progression to populate the town only from sims in your library. I believe it's Lots/Immigration/Sim Bin Chance, just set it to 100. Just be sure you have a bunch of pre-made sims in your library that you would want as genetic stock. If you have questions about it, the best place to check is on Twallan's site.
