SLOW game & freezes.

Hey everyone,
My game is really choppy, freezes and takes forever to load both the houses and community lots. Is there any way I can fix this? I know I need a new graphic card, but I am unsure if which one to get. Here are my computer stats:

It seems to me that you have a built-in graphic card, which is the likely source of your problem.

Thanks, do you know how much that may cost? How would I go about doing that? I am so computer dumb when it comes to this stuff :lol:

First, make sure that you do have AGP slot.

Thanks for all your help, KKai, I appreciate it. I think I am going to go to Best Buy and go the that Geek Squad (that's their name lol) and ask which card I should get and how to install it.
