Installing a SimPack file (Expansion Pak Problem)

I'm sure this might of been asked before but what expansion pak do I need to install some of these sims like Shion Uzuki or Andy Bogard. Do I need the University EP or an update to the game because I have like the first set of copies to come out when Sims 2 came out last year.

So what do I need to do to get these Sims into my game?

Are these Sims specifically Young Adults? Young Adults are specific to University and contain hairstyles/clothing meshes specific to University. Do you have any links to these Sims?

No none of them are young except Shion but Jax and Meleena are both adults, so why can't install them still?

Have you tried installing them via the Sims2Pack Clean Installer or the Multi-Sims2Pack Installer?

Both are available in the Tools forum (as stickies). You can either install them in SavedSims or Downloads - but not in a subfolder in either.
