Actually want the social worker to come...

Young Adults are not supposed to be preggers while in University so I don't think a social worker exists. I have not heard of social workers making appearances on Uni lots.

I've looked around and can't find an question like this with the answer I need.

I got one of my sims at University pregnant but the baby is now really beginning to bug me and I want the Social worker to come and take it away. But she won't come. Does she not exist in the University neighbourhood or have I not neglected the baby for long enough (I'm not sure how long I've been ignoring it but it's been hungry and stinky for a while now)

So how long does it take for the social worker to come?
Does the social worker come to university lots?
Is there any hack or anything that can call the social worker now without waiting?

As I remember, you can give kid for adoption using teleporter shrub from simlogical..

when i wanted to get rid of a baby because i was gonna delete the family but i wanted toe baby to be available for adoption i used the need painting they have here to put all its needs except for hunger all the way down and the social worker came . I didnt put the hunger all the way down because i wasnt shure if it could starve like regular sims

Just type in:

shift, control c (hit it all at once) and type in:

moveobjects on

Then, select the baby, and hit delete.

Okay solved the problem! So for other people's information the Social worker does exist in university but the young adult mum doesn't get the memory (and doesn't get the relationship severed but I don't know if that never happens...)
Afraid one of my sims fed the baby while I wasn't looking so I cheated and used the little vampire dolly to lower all the stats so I'm not sure how long it will take to get the social worker to come

I also have university, and no matter what I do (kill the parents, delete the parents, let the children/baby/toddler stats go to rock bottom for DAYS, or let them all get the worst grades possible, the social worker will not come. She does deliver normal townie kids for adoption, but will not take any away. I don't think I've got any hacks that will prevent it (although before I even installed uni, my mailboxes started giving like 30 options, which I don't use) and I would rather not have any other hacks either.
Please help, as I want to make pretty adoptable kids! I have too many ugly townie ones!
