Hey guys, here is yet another house from me. This one is the complete and total opposite of my previous upload. I originally made this house for my legacy family but since i'm bored of them now i thought i would share it with you . I really hope you like it, I think this is my best one yet.

This house was built on a 5x5 lot, and costs 389,854 furnished. If ppl want an unfurnished version i might do it.

5 bedrooms (and one den/study that could also be a bedroom)
6 bathrooms
library, office, lounge, gym, yoga room, media room, family room, living room, 2 car garage, pool, hot tub. Nursury and dressing room off the master suite.

should be no other custom content.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
