Yet another request attempted and filled to the best of my sim-architectural abilities i hope you like it!!

this was requested by ILuvMotleyCrue1 here

i followed the floor plan exactly as was shown (minus the cornered counter as i am still trying to figure out how to do less then 90 degree turns.. it for some reason will not let me do 45 degrees =/)

the main difference you will see in this is the roof.. as the roof could not by all attempts and reattempts could not be made to match exactly as the one in the "Real" picture.. what i did however to make it look good is added a second story patio where some of the roof would have been in the real but was missing in this "sim" version.. it works very nicely and i think rather adds to the look of the house rather then takes away from it.

some of the details of this house are as follows:

custom content i would like to again thank Lethe_s for, this is one of the best (if not THE best artist on MTS2 and i ALWAYS use there stuff for furnishing.. mind you nothing comes in the package and you will need to download the furniture, walls and floors)

i would like to thank BobL for the dish drying rack which i used in the kitchen it can be found here

and last but definately not least i would like to thank the person who made the closet door :O i am afraid for the life of me and the amount of searching i've just been doing trying to remember and find who made it i can't =/ IF you are indeed the person that made the closet door please let me know so that i might place credit where credit is due.. to you the creator.. bless you!!

also there is a custom floor which i did and is included in the package.. i used this to cover the second floor with.. it is my dark wood plank floor which can also be found in my "UO log cabin".

i do believe this house is able to be used in all EPs.. however if i am mistaken and there is an issue please let me know and i will either try to submit an unfurnished version or will be happy to send you an unfurnished via another method .. the unfurnished i KNOW are EP ready.. its the furniture that makes it hard to tell (I do have all expansions so i can't test it myself =/ )
