Hi guys
Here is a 2x3 lot house I made on a whim whilst trying to build a starter home. As u can see it ended up being a little more than $20,000, it costs $44,500 but is well worth it.
The front facade shows a small country home, modest in cost but when looking at the rear it now looks like an extensive contemporary home.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms (master with ensuite and private balcony) 3 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining, office/study, pool and two extra rooms for you to transform.
Custom content includes
Victorian wallpaper by www.komosims.net
Le petit trianon set by simnuts http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=146562
Range of oleanders by lucas http://www.aussietopenders-sims2.com
White fence bu usergab637 http://www.sims2.gamersunity.de
Laurana fence by www.11dots.com
Lafenetre door by windkeeper http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=101336
Glass floor by RGiles http://forums.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=29974
Hope u enjoy the lot, let me know how u get on
thanx

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

- Anyone can use both .rar and .zip files easily! On Windows, use WinRAR. On Mac, use Stuffit.
