Kero-Chan from Sakura Cardcaptor

Hi !
someone requested me Kero-Chan, the Beast of the Seal, from Cardcaptor Sakura.
It's an accessorie for teen female you find it under glasses.
I don't know how to anime accessories but if somebody knows : please don't hesitate ! That would be really great !!
