Most of my modern houses tend to have flat roofs, so I decided to change my style a bit. I really love when houses have a "real" roof and are modern in the same way and I'll try to design more of those in the future.
Information Price: 52 000 Lot size: 3 x 4 Space: 4 - 6 sims Floors: 2 Bedrooms: 3 (and space for more) Furnishing: None This house is the first one in my new style and I hope I'll be better. The house is quite big and there is space to about 5 sims. There is also a garage which easily can be changed to a room and connected to the rest of the house. I tried to spend some more time to design the garden, but I still want to have it simple and modern. The rocks I've used is a donation object so I can't have them in the download file... But I have replaced them with a "rocky" terrain paint. ------- Custom Content Garden Roses + white recolour - www.4eversimfantasy.net Low plant (+ 4 recolours) - http://bienchens-sims2world.de.vu Small rocks and big rock - NOT included (donation object from www.4eversimfantasy.net), replaced by terrain from the same site Floors wooden floor - www.reflexsims.de Gray tiles - by me Marble tiles - www.downtown-sims.com by Veggpryd (Wallpaper) Walls Stone wall - http://www.colorizedsims.de by Rumbo Big White Tiles - by me White blank wall - by me Black mosaic (outside) - by me (www.downtown-sims.com) Black windows - Made by Tiggy027 Round window + black recolour - www.pixelsims.com by Helena Gray roof - http://www.haksenhausen.de by Hakse 82 people have said thanks to The Builder for this download.
