May I present you my future home I'm gonna build for real this summer
Of course due to my limited building skills ^_^' and limiting building tools in the game, some things needed to be changed from the planhouse and somes are missing, but it's just really small edits.
Today after many many hours of hard work since three weeks, I can at last present you this fabulous cozy home where your dear sims will find peace and calm.

Built on a 5x4 lot, this Cosy Country Home is a ranch-country style little house costing 149.370 $ furnished and 66,996$ unfurnished.
Warning : The Unfursnished version is totally unfurnished, it includes just outdoor plants, and building contents credited below.

Features of the house:
- Porches at front and back
- Two Bedrooms, each with own walk-in closets, and sitting areas.
- Under roof is an unfinished room, maybe a future recreation room.
- Detached garage
- Fireplace in livingroom
- Closets for coats at entry and hallway. ( I'm preparing my lots for the seasons addon lol )
- Great front landscaping.
- Nice bathroom with shower and bath.
