This house sits on a 5x4 lot and is valued at $115,577. This is a large house featuring three good sized bedrooms. Leading off the master bedroom is a large master bathroom. Downstairs you'll find a large eat in kitchen with a laundry area, computer area, and room for a comfortable chair for your simmies to enjoy their morning cup of coffee in. The lounge is good sized and leads out to a grilling deck.

I've uploaded this lot before only the package file was empty. I checked and re-checked it so it shouldn't be this time. When I opened it back up to re-package the lot I decided to update it for Seasons so it now has a pool, a starter greenhouse, a small pond, and an orchard. It also has a few trees here and there for your sims to make compost.

This time it is partially furnished. Bathrooms and kitchen are ready to go. I play tested a copy of this lot and it works very well. Not too big and plenty of room for expansion.
