Garrison Beach is a neighborhood near the beaches, it offers an excellent selection of craftsman-style beach houses. You'll enjoy living and relaxing in this quiet neighborhood. Homes are positioned to optimize and respect the surrounding sea nature.

Garrison Beach 01 :
is a recent beach house. The planhouse is quite uncommon as the bedrooms are downstairs and the rest of the rooms are upstairs. Upstairs are the kitchen, bathroom and dinig and living areas as well as a covered porch where you can relax and drink a punch and hear the sweet sound of waves. Or you can simply go swim in the pool or in the sea, and do a barbecue on the large patio.
It's ideal for a couple with a child to live here.
Two cars can park on sides, it's included in the furnished lot.

Note about Wooden Stairs :
The wrought opened iron stairs done by Reyn at MTS2, don't need to be installed, but you won't be able to select/move the stairs.
