I wanted to test a lot that is a hotel, but placed in Downtown sub neighborhood. I furnished it as community lot, but added hotel rooms for the sims privacy. New townies come to this lot, so I tested it with 2 of my romance sims, and they left the lot in platinum. Had a great time there. Not too many of the playable sims come here, so cheating can go on without a hitch. Enjoy!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install.
