.: The Le` Paelium Nunnery:.
A vast expanse of what appears to be worn courtyards spreads around you. The shadows of tall buildings fall to shadow most of everything. You notice that rain is falling from the grey sky, soaking you. A building you recognize as what must be a cathedral catches your eye, and you wander inside. As you pull the heavy doors to the church open, a cold, empty feeling wafts out to greet you. The church is old and serious-looking, quite daunting to a stranger. You turn to leave, almost worried that a nun may apperate and scold you. You head for the ornate iron gates, but something about the looming house is too alluring; what could fill up such a massive structure? Before you know it you are carefully stepping through the long, empty hallways, candles fluttering into light as you approach them. You peer into each room; a nurse’s station, a garden, a doomish office. The life missing from them looks as though it may have been just as dreary as the surroundings. You head upstairs, and the three stories of bedrooms you find seem no more cheery. The assemblage of people who lived here were not terribly enthusiastic about life. You turn into a narrow hallway that is built like a sky tunnel, following it with an interested curiosity. The place is not the most friendly, but it is atleast interesting. You want to see more, but suddenly, the same icy inhospitality of the cathedral fills the space up. Chills prickle your spine. You peer through the rain out the window up ahead, and notice faces looking up at you from the ground. Lingering near the graveyard are none other then the occupants of the house itself. Time to flee! ![]() Alright, enough with the little story. Le` Paelium consists of a large building made to house many people, a cathedral, and a carriage house. It could also make a fair insane asylum or halfway house, but it was built with a nunnery in mind. I don’t like historical accuracy, but I guess this could count as a Victorian, although there are also some gothic and fantasy elements as well. My favorites! Well, I hope you enjoy! Information of Fun! ![]() {x} Cost: $695, 779 {x} Bed: 9.5 {x} Bath: 3 {x} Cemetery with ghosties {x} Nursury {x} Lots of little hiding places/ balconies and...yep. That's all I have to say. Lot Size: 5x6 Lot Price: $ 695, 779 Custom Content by Me: - Old Farm House Floor - Rustic Wood Custom Content Included: - Stone walk by moononsun - Moss Walk by Skye - Though not at all a marble stone, this stunning flooring could grace any interior or exterior and give your home that true masonic touch. by Skye - Rippling Stream by paulaJedi - Gentrific "Flame-O-Rama" Fireplace by Taroo - "LadderStairs" -by Targa by Targa Additional Credits: *NOTE: For some reason, all of my older lots include the "Flame-o-rama" fireplace in their packages although the objects does not actually apear in the lots. I cannot find the cause of this, and since I usually try and include the minimal amount of CC in my houses, I'm sorry about this. 107 people have said thanks to Rabid_ballerina for this download.
