Hi there and Happy New Year!

This is a new modern and cool lot of the P.K.Dick Village collection, designed for sims with a zen vision of the world.

The Mysterious Green refers to a really mysterious alien sim who lived here before he disappeared, suddenly, one night of the last summer. However, it seems that he didn't die, some sims report having seen him at Twikki Island, some others saw him at the Venus Lab, during a party, after then ... puff ... no trace at all of that green sim.




This is the right house for a couple or a single.
Fully furnished.
It's simple, elegant and relaxing.
Ground floor: large kitchen, atrium, living and bath.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 luxurious bath, litlle studio, access to the upper floor where a room is ready for whatever you want.
Balconies, pool, barbeque corner, green house ready for use and a little little pond where fishing.
Little gates around which can be locked so you can avoid that visitors and animals walk all around.
Alarms in discrete points.








Cleaned, checked and tested in game (a clone lot) for 6 sim days.
The lot was built using AnyGame by Numenor: you need NL, OfB, Season and BV.
IMPORTANT note for Mehrlicht (and for all of you who love the pixelated dammned little people hehe): no sims were sacrified for testing this lot.

Please, do not upload anywhere (NO absolutely no Exchange) and do not claim at yours. As far as my maxis walls and floor recolor they are and must remain free. Obviously you can use them as much as you want, I'll be very glad. Give credit, don't claim at yours, these are basic golden rules good for all the community.
