For my first upload, I decided to build one of my favorite places to visit as a child...my great aunt's home near Mount Union College.

This gorgeous Tudor-style home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is furnished with everything that your sim family will need to begin their long, happy life. The kitchen is ready for the gourmet cook, but is also prepared for the novice with a smoke alarm ;o) The park-like back yard features a fishable pond next to a quaint gazebo, where your simmies may choose to take a nap in the hammock or just relax and enjoy a peaceful moment. And of course, with a grand home like this, you'll want to protect it! Don't fret...there is a security system already installed!

For those sims who enjoy working from home, the attached garage could quite easily be converted into a lovely shop for your home business. And when you need a break from work, you can enjoy a dip in the pool, or a bite to eat on the two-tiered patio.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
