Hi folks, its been a while, and while looking for a floorplan for a personal house project, I found this one. And, it came out so well I'm sharing it.
The house has six bedrooms, a courtyard area with swimming pool that comes complete with a wall of waterfalls, and a small front yard area. I made a few adjustments to the floor plans to accommodate sims. What works well for us doesn't always work well for them. The house is minimally furnished, that is to say, the plumbing, kitchen large appliances and counters are in place. The rest is completely up to your own imagination. The lines are clean and crisp, and to keep with that, I used the Fallingwater Stairs and fences. You must install the stairs found here - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=247067 - or this lot will not work properly. You'll also need Numenor's WallWindows because for some reason, the lot packaged did not include that fence. http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=70222 Lastly, with Tiggy027's permission, I made some additional meshes for the Metro Window set. These, like the rest of the set, require the master mesh - for more information, look here - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=257715 - also, these windows follow her policies, not mine. Many thanks to Tiggy for letting me mod her windows and make sure everything matched. My friends from The Cape forums [CoH] who gave me feed back while I was working on this, a good number of whom are also Simmers. Numenor for the tutorial that showed me how to shrink the footprint on the waterfall. And all the folks who inspire me with their creations and comments. 49 people have said thanks to Reyn for this download.
