I wanted to make a nice average home for my custom neighborhood, Pleasantville. It has 3 bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs), 2.5 baths, an eat-in kitchen and parking space for one vehicle. This home also has a pretty decent-sized backyard for your mini-simmies. I have playtested it, but if you have problems let me know. Enjoy!

NOTE: I placed the trash can on the back porch and the mailbox is on the front porch. If you don't like their locations, use the "move_objects on" cheat to move them. The paper person will still deliver the newspaper in the front since they use the mailbox as their guide and your sim(s) will dispose of refuse the same as always.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
