The old Lakeview Llama Lamps factory was scheduled to be torn down and the land sold until an enterprising young assistant at Lake Crossing Realty proposed to the firm owners that they should purchase the factory and convert it into apartments. By renovating an existing building, they not only saved a load of simoleans on the development but were able to restore a bit of old SimCity in the process. They kept the original elevator and windows, restored the old tile floors for the hallways, and converted the loading dock into a common area for the residents.

On the first floor, there are four studio apartments with efficiency kitchens. On the second level are two larger apartments, both of which feature skylights; one with one bedroom and the other has two bedrooms. All apartments come fully furnished. The common area features a grill, basketball hoop, and plenty of seating for socializing with the neighbors.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
