Hello! Here's another addition in the Marina City series to add to your others (all two of them :P). Now, first off, you'll notice I went from 88 to 92.. 90's coming, don't worry! As soon as I post this, I'll get right on finishing 90!

This house was originally just a random thing I was doing.. but I changed course and made it a Marina home. This is a tad different from the others for a couple reasons. One, there's no garage! And you'd have to do some monster editing to make room for one.. sorry! I realized this when it was near finished.. yeah I'm slow like that. Another reason is that it's furnished a little less, but landscaped better.. in my opinion. Now, there's only ONE peice of CC (but the fact that there's any makes it different from the others) and it's a door.. lol. I had some trouble regarding mailboxes (keeping that to myself, tyvm) but I fixed it so now it's ready to go!

Sunroom
4 bedrooms
3.5 baths
Large backyard w/mini lake and weird hedge.. thing
Roomy interior
And more (sorta)

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
