Amidst the sprawling neighborhood of affluent real estate in Boca Raton there is one estate that stands out from it’s counterparts. It may not be quite as opulent or ostentatious as it’s fellow estates, but it has one feature that has labeled it as the estate in this luxurious part of the country... Flamingos.


Yes, flamingos. Decades ago, when this part of Sim Florida was undeveloped, the property of the estate was adjacent to one of Sim Florida’s natural wetlands. No one knows how this “pat” of flamingos came to nest in the area, but they have remained here through numerous generations. With the area’s sub tropical climate and the unchanging level of the lagoon, the birds have had no reason to leave which gave the property it’s name...

The Flamingo


The original developer, affectionately known as Mr. Pink, took a liking to the birds and built this luxurious estate with them in mind, keeping the large lagoon, that is their home, intact.

Unfortunately, Mr. Pink fell on hard times and while he sold the estate, it was written into the city’s Planning Department as an historical site, thus keeping the flamingo’s home unmolested under penalty of prosecution. And not to mention some downright angry neighbors who have come to love their local inhabitants.

The estate’s amenities include:
