For my next trick, I shall give you a home with room for 8 sims, on a 4x4 lot, and a TON of space for hobby items! This is my interpretation of a farm house with an old barn and hayloft that has been modernized into a garage with apartment.

In the main house we will find
First Floor
eat-in kitchen
2 half baths
study
music room
living room

Second Floor
5 single bedrooms
1 double bedroom
1 nursery
3 full bathrooms
toy / play area

In the apartment above the garage there is
1 single bedroom
1 bathroom
living / dining area with (small) full kitchen

I would recommend assigning the space above the garage to 1 sim only, and having them lock the door to "allow me only" otherwise the silly sims will take food from the fridge in the main house, and then run to the barn to cook and serve it!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
