With....wait for it....3, count 'em, 3 functional garages.

And may I just say, Gaaah, I hate the CFE cheat with all the endless leveling and re-leveling, but in this case it was worth it.

Obviously, the garages are constructed with driveway segments because I wanted them close to the street. Your animations will be interrupted but I tested them with no problems. I made sure the right-hand segment was as far from the lot edge as a regular driveway would need to be. Once, I placed a driveway too close to the edge with moveobjects on and my Sim got stuck in some weird EA limbo on the way back from an outing. I had to move him into the bin and back to recover him.

I designed the units on the roommate plan because I wanted this property as a place to stash all my singles so they could make friends and size up potential mates. All the bedrooms are about equal size, each with its own bath. The three units in front are two bedroom/garage and the rear unit is four bedrooms. There are no fun items in the apartments, the idea being that they spend most of their time mingling in the rec room, gym,or deck.

Rents are $3626-4508, but with two or four per unit, your Sims should have no trouble coughing it up. And if you haven't played a townie roomie yet, this would be a great time.
