"Demolition Alley" Series
This is a series of warehouse and industrial type buildings, they are all residential lots so they are designed to be functional houses at the core but I am trying to retain as much of a warehouse / industrial theme as possible.
The Last Train..
..to SimsVille, retired to an old train yard.. it won't be there by 4.30 and I won't be meeting you at the station, oh no no no..
Rooms
4 Bedrooms
3 Bathrooms
Kitchen / dining room
Livingroom
Parking spaces
Derelict train carriages
Party carriage
Lot Size: 40x30
Lot Price: $147,201 (F) / $125,561 (Unf)
Side Notes
This is my seventh building in this series, basically this place is supposed to be part of an old abandoned train yard. There's a couple of carriages still left, though they've been there so long that weeds are invading and some local "youths" even made off with the wheels! Fortunately though a couple of party animals remodelled one of the carriages as a party wagon, the majority of the rooms are at the top of the building..
Old offices converted into 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen / diningroom and livingroom. There's also an office / study on the 2nd floor and another bathroom down on the 1st floor. As mentioned one of the train carriages has been set up as a party wagon with a bar, big radio and fooseball table and some alternative lighting.
Testing
Have done some basic testing, everything seems in order (all objects seem to be accessable so far as I could see). Some service sims path strangely when they first arrive on the lot but seem to work ok, paperboy for example runs in and goes to one of the train carriages then (once he's "entered" the lot) he'll walk up to the front door and drop the paper. If anyone finds any issues please let me know and I'll try to correct them as promptly as possible.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
