This home was designed to provide beauty, elegance and at least a touch of comfort while still being affordable enough for the Sim just starting out. It contains 1 furnished bedroom, 1 furnished bathroom, a dining area, a kitchen, a large room that could be furnished as a bedroom, and a small room that could easily be turned into a bathroom (but not necessarily.)

I designed the house in the "classical" style of architecture, but whether that means it could be more specifically defined as Neoclassical, English Colonial, Palladian-style, etc., I really don't know.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install.
