"Upwardly Mobile" was designed to be a spacious family home. Though its size and price place it firmly in the category of a home for higher-class families, its interior was designed with simplicity in mind.


Perfect for a family of four, or even more with clever use of bedroom space, "Upwardly Mobile" has many features that should appeal to your Sim families in search of a place to call "Home".


There is a double-wide garage with lots of space for mechanical skill building or a workout space. There are two parking spots available with the lot on the right-hand side, but the left side can easily be converted for two additional parking spaces. All doors leading into the garage are usable.


The main floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen, a decorative laundry room, study and a half bath. The study could also be converted into a fourth bedroom if needed or desired. Everything is in easy access, and the playtest family did not appear to be taking any stupid routes through the house.


On the second floor, we have the bedrooms as well as an additional two full bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a sitting area and en-suite bathroom, and both additional bedrooms (fully furnished for a infant or toddler girl and a unisex teenager's room) are connected to a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom.
