I always thought the Nightlife Flapper Dress was a perfect match for the Base Game Angora Hat. Unfortunately the hats were in Everyday and the dresses were only in Formal. I looked over some tutorials here and managed to modify the property sets to make both show up in Formal AND Everyday, and the hats useable as Outerwear as well. I have also enabled the the dresses for young adults. I attempted to do this for the hats as well but it seems there is more to this than setting the age value to 48. If anyone can point me in the right direction in regards to that I may update this. The coat pictured is from GLS and is NOT modified by this download. I only include that pic as an example of appropriate outerwear. Incidentally, it doesn't work as outerwear without a mod like Fanseelamb's: http://www.modthesims.info/d/222563

I'm going to recommend putting this in a subfolder of "Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff(or latest Pack)\TSData\Res\Catalog\Skins\" or "Bins" rather than "Skins" but my preference is "Skins." Putting mods of this type in your Downloads folder will allow you to delete stuff you aren't supposed to, ruining your game files.
