I know it has been a while since i brought anything to the mod the Sims website i have spent many days building and playing houses that i just haven't liked or that haven't worked out. So when Sims 3 pets was due out i was so excited and set to work on a new farm lot that i could raise my animals on ... unfortunately it didn't quite go as planned because as soon as i installed pets i learned the barn was too small for the stable the horses don't really need fields and cats prefer to live in the house. So after much planning and rebuilding lot switching and animals taken away by the social services i am finally proud to bring you:
Orchard Farm. A quaint little farm lot this brings you the joys of farm life in a small easy to handle lot, the lot comprises of a small two story 1 bedroom 1 bathroom farm house. The house is complete with a lounge where your Sims can snuggle on the sofa in front of a toasty fire leading to a thru kitchen complete with washing machine and dryer and a small patio area where your Sims can sit and relax in the warm evening air. Next to the main house there is a quint little barn complete with stable for your farmers trusty horse surrounded by i small barnyard. The small field next to the barnyard is stocked with plants of all kinds each of them nice quality or higher and to the back of the property just behind the pond is am Orchard filled with fruit trees of every kind only producing the most sweetest and perfect fruits. Upstairs leads to a quaint bedroom leading out onto a patioed balcony where your Sim can watch the sunset or even if they know their way around some drywall convert it into an extra bedroom for any little farmers and spacious bathroom where your Sim can climb into a hot bubble bath after a long days work now for the technical stuff: this lot is built on a 20x30 lot, I have played it in a few towns Sunset Valley and Riverview and Appaloosa Plains I have tested wit with many animals from dogs to horses and my partner (who has very little Sims experience) has tested it also and quite enjoyed it. Although i tried my very hardest to keep the cost down so i was affordable for a young couple it is still just out of reach at $30.248 furnished £22:815 Unfurnished the lots has Living area with: fireplace, (alarm fitted) sofa, lamp, chair, decor, chest of drawers. Kitchen: fridge, Oven, (alarmed) Washer, Dryer, Sink, Decor, Bedroom: Bed, (double) Washing, basket Bookshelf, Decor, Bathroom, Bath, (bubble bath and duck) Sink, Toilet, Mirror, Decor, Outside the lots is Stable, field, (planted) orchid, (planted) pond, Decor, Lot Size: 2x3 Lot Price: 30.248 103 people have said thanks to Gemificus for this download.
