These two tiny dorms are perfect for Sims who do not want to deal with up to 7 others running around whilst they are studying.
Each dorm fits 2 students and is furnished with the basics to finish college.
In the downloads area will be 2 seperate files so you can choose which one to pick or download them both.

The revamped shed is a dorm with no foundation under it, it will fit in rural neighbourhoods or simply as shed between bigger lots.
In and around it you will find:
- 2 dorm rooms with a bed, desk, alarms clock and a computer.
- a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and mirror
- a living area with a small table, 2 chairs, bookcase, radio, easel, telephone, stove and minifridge which doubles as worktop
- back yard with a lounge chair, chess table and 2 stairs










The tiny caravan was inspired by those small vacation home caravans you find in some parks, it does have a foundation (the wheels would normaly be hidden under here).
In and around it you will find:
- 2 dorm rooms with a bed, desk alarm clock and a computer.
- a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and mirror
- a living area with a small table, 2 chairs, bookcase, radio, telephone, stove and minifridge which doubles as worktop

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
