History professor, William deKenney, came across this old building while taking a drive with his niece, Carla Azuleja, and after exploring it, realized that he had found an old inn with secret entrance on the creek. Two centuries ago, pirates sailed up the creek and used the inn as a place to store and sell their stolen booty. They were finally defeated, not by the law but by the creek which receded so low that they could no longer navigate it. Professor deKenney has painstakingly restored the inn and will sell it to another sim who loves history. The old inn has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and basement and attic spaces which could be remodeled into living areas.
