This is the start of a project called "two-family houses". I really love those houses which are originally built for 1 family, but then one of the children starts to extend it and finally the house consists of 2 individual apartments. In my home area there are a lot of such buildings and I myself grew up in one, so I started to rebuild them for my sims.
The first apartment takes the whole groundlevel (except for the entryhall and the stairs) including a part of the backyard. The second apartment takes the first floor and contains a balcony.
Both include two bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom, one master bedroom, and one small bedroom which can be used for children or for flatmates or whatever :-)
The community area consists of the patio in the back with barbecue and chesstable. There is also a playground for the smaller inhabitants.
I hope you like it and have fun!
Lot Size: 3x2
Lot Price: 2696 - 3239 per week
