This lot is an OFB/nightlife restaurant, and if you wnat your sims to buy it, it costs 143,952 simoleons. It's composed of five buildings above the water, which are connected by arched bridges. All around the lake, there is a quiet oriental garden so your sims can have a pleasant walk in the garden after their meal

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
