This apartment features beautiful unfinished drywall and woodwork, visible air conditioning ducts and pipes, used starter furniture, and a crummy workout area! And if you didn't like that, then maybe you'll enjoy it outback, where we have a green-tinted pool and boring, uninteresting child-play equipment. This place is a regular wonderland! Who wouldn't want to rent a place here? Probably those fancy-pants glamorous sims. Pfftt! What do they know? Are they mad? Do they have a kid in their teens? Are they broke? No! That's why they'll never understand why you love Buzzworthy Inc. Apartments!

There are 4 apartments.

• One with 2 rooms: Bathroom and kitchen (Murphy bed suggested).
• The one beside it has 3 rooms. A bathroom, a bedroom, and a kitchen.
• On the top floor, one has 4 rooms: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen.
• The other has 4 rooms too: 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a whatever room.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
