Hello folks,
Haven't uploaded for a while so I thought I'd sumbit this mansion as my 2nd Victorian house ever since sumbitting to MTS
This old mansion has been built by the Gregors' family in the early 1800's.
The house always been in the family until the last Gregor died in 1966. He was always alone and very pettish and his demonic ghost has been terrorizing the now ''Forbidden'' or ''Taboo'' room which can't be entered anymore.
A big Real estate found the house 2001 behind lots of bushes, which were covering up most of the lot and the long driveway. They dicided to decrease the lot size, do some gardening (gardeners actually did all the work), and give it a fresh look by re-painting it (which they didn't do themselves, either).
But after 5 years in 2006, it still wasn't sold and so they gave up. Now it has a worn look again with a bit overgrown garden and is for sale by some unknown company I wouldn't trust.
The house is built on a 60x60 lot and costs §287.060 F and §134.421 UF.
It has 4 bedrooms (including the forbidden room), 5 baths and 1 half bath.
CC used but not included:
Country windows by Hugelunatic
DIY curtains by SeeMyu (Only blinds are used)
9 recolorable carpets (Traditional) by sionelle (How could I forget?!)
I hope you enjoy!

Lot Size: 6x6
Lot Price: In text

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
